On 9th November our team were at the stunning Leighton House for a prestigious Patrons Dinner.
64 guests enjoyed a selection of canapés, followed by a two-course seated dinner. Hot canapés included Sweet potato rosti with lime crème fraiche and confit duck, Baby aubergine with harissa-marinated feta and pomegranate and Smoked haddock and leek fishcakes with tartare sauce. Cold canapés included Langoustine Cocktail with keta caviar, Grilled Courgettes Filled with Ricotta and sundried tomato and Rolled salmon Quails egg, with seasoned salt on a brioche croute.
Having been seated within the dramatic space, guests enjoyed main courses of Fillet of Venison Served with Dauphinoise, Braised Red Cabbage and Orange Glazed Carrots, or Butternut Ravioli with Deep Fried Sage and Beurre Noisette. The meal finished with an indulgent dessert of Chocolate Orange Tart with Pistachio Ice cream.
