The Rosenfeld Porcini Gallery was transformed for a recent product launch, where the latest collections from a range of fashion brands were unveiled to 100 guests with a day of sensational canapés and cocktails from our team.
Early morning guests were served a breakfast of tropical fruit skewers with Kiwi, Strawberry, Pineapple, Melon and Mango, Individual Pots of Greek Yogurt with Toasted Pistachios and Fresh Mango and Mini Pastries including Croissants, Pain au Chocolat and Cinnamon Whirls.
As guests explored the new collections they were served lunch canapés of Salt Beef with Mustard on Dark Rye Bread, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Mini Bagels with Fresh Lemon and Cracked Black Pepper and Mini Vegetarian Quiches with Spinach, Pine Nuts and Feta.
During the afternoon bloggers enjoyed afternoon tea, including a selection of finger sandwiches, with unusual fillings such as cucumber and mint jelly, homemade macaroons in a variety of flavours and salted caramel shortbread.
Evening guests were greeted with a canapé reception, including dishes such as Pulled Jerk Chicken with Rice and Pea Rosti on a Plaintain Crisp, Mini Goat’s ‘Cheese Cake’ with Red Onion Jam on a Parmesan Shortbread Base, Steak and Chips – Skirt Steak on a Chunky Chip with Béarnaise sauce, and Wild Mushroom and Stilton Puff Pastry Tartlets with Chopped Chives and Truffle Oil. Miniature squares of Chocolate, Hazelnut and Cherry Brownies followed.
Alongside canapés evening guests enjoyed London Kitchen cocktails, including the classic Old fashioned – Bourbon, Sugar Syrup with Orange Bitters, Garnished with Orange Peel, and Mint Julep – Bourbon, Mint Garnish on Crushed ice.
