A Garden Party at Leighton House

In June we were at Leighton House Museum for a garden party in the grounds of the former home of the Victorian artist Frederic, Lord Leighton.

Guests arrived in the evening to enjoy canapés and drinks in the garden of the historic building. Our team served lavender marinated Lavender Marinated Lamb Skewers with a Creamed Celeriac Dip, Naked Wagyu Beef Burgers with Comté Cheese and Mushroom ‘Patty’ and Caramelised Red Onion and Cherry Tomato Tarte Tatin Served with a Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar and Maldon Rock Salt and Goat’s Cheese and Pickled Beetroot on a Cucumber Base with Pistachios and Herb Oil.
