3 Day Conference

Sometimes catering must move with an event, as was the case in this three day conference for 350.

TLK began in Surrey, before moving to Lancaster and then back to Surrey again to provide guests with a gourmet breakfast and seated lunch in hand.

The huge project made the most of The London Kitchen’s resources. Two teams jointly managed the logistics and geographical span of this truly immense task – but the menu certainly did not suffer as a result. Guests enjoyed a wide range of treats over the three days, including Duck Breast with Truffle Dauphinoise, Red Onion Jam and Goat’s Cheese Tarts and our favourite – The London Kitchen’s Eton Mess.
