Bonnie is our Assistant Front of House Manager. Her top events are White Night in Melbourne and the Edinburgh Festival, but the best event she’s ever worked on was the House of Peroni pop-up in Brick Lane. It was a lot of fun working on such a great event for a month straight, with a great group of people.
Bonnie’s last supper would be a starter of her grandmother’s pork meatball vegetable soup, a main course of marinated pork loin with roasted vegetables, beans cooked in fresh tomatoes and broccoli steamed in soy sauce. Her last ever dessert would have to be Dutch apple turnover cake with warm custard or homemade vanilla ice cream. We had a sneak peek at some of her favourite Instagram photos, for an insight into her world…
Because BBQing in the summer rain is totally awesome – right?

The walk from work to the tube is pretty fine! Love ya London!
When there’s not enough suncream to cover your legs as well – there is sand #palepersonproblems
Because when you love somewhere you’ll keep coming back #boroughmarket
Not sure what Richmond Park’s policy is on climbing trees but this one was begging for it! Treetop breezes make for enjoying a summery salad all that much more 😍
I’m in love with this route😍 St James Park to Borough.
