Jay is our Director and has worked with Damian since 2008. With a degree in Events and Hospitality Management he is taking the London Events industry by storm. As much as Jay enjoys working on our high-brow events, he’s also been seen serving burgers and chips at a charity fun run or delivering sandwiches to the team at 5.00am.
Jay is never off duty so when he is not savouring the flavours of one of London’s trendiest restaurants, you will find him in his home kitchen whipping up a feast for friends. Either that or continuing his ‘burger tour’ of London… one patty at a time.
His last meal, if he was on death row, would be:
Starter:- Steak Tartare and Horseradish Cream
Palate Cleanser:- Chunky Chips and Aioli
Main:- Fried Chicken, Waffles, Bacon and Maple Syrup
Dessert:- Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies with Haagen-Dazs Pralines and Cream Ice Cream (Jay’s dairy free but if he was dying anyway he’d cram himself full of ice cream!)
