We’re big fans of unusual event spaces, so we couldn’t wait to share the brilliant locations of Castle Gibson with you. The company specialises in locations which are a bit out of the ordinary, and is often used by the filming and photographic industries. We think these luxurious urban dens would be just perfect for a London Kitchen feast, though!

Church Walk Studios
109-111 Church Walk, N16 8QW
Former Castle Gibson restoration and photographic workshops, Church Walk Studios
have been restored and now offer two amazing studio spaces which can be hired separately or as one large studio with an interconnecting door. Here walls of corrugated steel, copper and iron sit alongside painted industrial brickwork and worn concrete flooring, lit from above by large skylights.
28 Millers Avenue, Dalston, E8 2DS
MC Motors is a 6,000 sq/ft East London warehouse which is perfect for unusual events. The industrial location oozes character and natural charm with the skylighted roof providing an abundance of natural light. Textured walls surround the space, these have naturally dilapidated over the past hundred or so years creating a unique look. A number of other floors are also available here.
18a Manor Road, Stoke Newington N16 5SA
This 6,500 sq/ft industrial warehouse is based in Stoke Newington – you’ll probably recognise it as the home of the original Dragons Den. The venue is set over four floors, with textured walls, exposed brickwork and huge windows letting in plenty of natural daylight.

Set over five floors, Ruby House is a Victorian townhouse which oozes faded grandeur. Each room offers different textured walls and vintage wallpapers, complemented by traditional oak floorboards. The venue also boasts two larger panelled rooms which come complete with parquet flooring.
The House Next Door

A former building merchants with a rich past, The House Next Door is situated on the corner of London’s Jewish Quarter. The venue is flooded in natural daylight and offers a variety of room each with its own unique colour scheme and parquet flooring or oak floorboards. The venue’s back yard is ideal for summer events with a touch of edge.
