January’s Top Venues

We have two incredible event spaces to share with you this month – the Serpentine Galleries and Pavilion and the Southbank Centre.   With a great location in Kensington Gardens, the Serpentine Galleries and Pavilion offer a spectacular setting for corporate and private events – day or night. The venue includes two galleries, situated on either side of the Serpentine Lake in the heart of the Royal Park of Kensington Gardens in central London.   stz97uUYfCuHcKr87s8UCdeBKy1IBpnJktveYMzpP78

The Southbank Centre is perfectly situated in the heart of the action alongside The London Eye, mere moments from Shakespeare’s Globe – and it’s just around the corner from The London Kitchen headquarters, making it just perfect for events catered by us!

Last week we were at the Southbank Centre’s 6th floor event space. Food included our mini raclette selection, which is quite delicious, heirloom quinoa tabbouleh with heritage cherry tomatoes, cucumber, curly parsley & basil mint, kurobuta Pork on rice with sweet pickle red onions, chicken massaman curry with peanut butter &  coconut rice, lemongrass tea marinated fruit skewers, dark chocolate & hazelnut brownies with white chocolate cream – YUM! Guests also enjoyed  a detox juice stand and a sushi table where sushi was made to order.

The vast venue encompasses 21 acres of event space, consisting of Royal Festival Hall (reopened in 2007 after a two-year transformation), the Hayward Gallery, Queen Elizabeth Hall (containing the Purcell Room), and The Saison Poetry Library. The flexible venue can accommodate events large and small. Read our venue of the week blog to find out more about the iconic venue.
