Over the last 20 years has worked in all areas of the food industry from pubs and restaurants, hotels and now event catering. He enjoys modern British fine dining and finding ways to reinvent or put modern twists on old favourites. What drives and satisfies him is executing a dinner for several hundred guests knowing that it won’t be faulted or forgotten. Stuart has worked with some of the UK’s most renowned chefs including Phill Howard, Tom Kerridge, Adam Simmonds and James Petri all of who inspire me with modern and current trends. Stuart says “there aren’t’ many careers that after 20 years continue to challenge and inspire, I couldn’t see myself enjoying anything else nearly as much”.
