Champagne

Benedick Brut
“The best house Champagne I have tasted in a very long time”

Barnaut Grande Réserve Brut Grand Cru Bouzy
Barnaut’s Grand Cru Grande Reserve reveals generous notes of apricots, honey, roasted nuts and smoke, showing outstanding persistence and a long, refined finish. This is a fairly full-bodied style of champagne that already shows nice tertiary complexity.

Benedick Rose Brut
Bottled in a clear glass bottle which shows off the very pretty pink hue of this excellent champagne. Delicately fruity, fresh, light and dry, it is extraordinarily good for the price.

Laurent Perrier Brut
Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut is made from 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir, this wonderfully invigorating champagne has no sugar added at any stage and is as dry as they come. A worthy successor to Laurent-Perrier’s fabled “Grand vin sans sucre” of years ago, it makes a guilt free, low calorie aperitif.

Taittinger Brut
Vinified from the first pressings of selected Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Matured on its lees for three years, the wine contains 40% Chardonnay, on average twice the percentage found in most standard cuvees. The Brut Reserve is dry, light and elegant with fine, pale gold bubbles, subtle body and citrus, peach and brioche notes on the nose.

Pol Roger White Foil Brut
One of the great classics, this is a firm favourite and consistently very high in quality.
