The lightest form of Prosecco; delicately sparkling (frizzante), dry and refreshing and very easy to drink. Spago refers to the driven cork held with string. The original wine used in Harry’s Bar Bellinis.

We particularly enjoyed the Jean Louis Denois, a fresh and powerfully fizzy wine with hints of grapefruit. (Fresh Magazine).

Delicately pink ‘frizzante’ from the Prosecco region, making for a very attractive and quaffable ‘aperitivo’.
