A Summer Canapé Reception

A television studio became the setting of a drinks reception earlier this month. We brought a selection of seasonal canapés and drinks to our client and their 75 guests, for an intimate party in the heart of London.

Guests tucked in to some of our most decadent canapés, including beetroot cured salmon tartare with lime yogurt on a bellini pancake and duck confit with homemade pear compote served in a crispy filo cup with a drizzle of red wine syrup.

Other cold canapés included carpaccio of Scottish beef on a crostini with parmesan, rocket salad and a drizzle of truffle oil, grilled baby artichoke served with aubergine and roasted red pepper moutabal on a toasted baguette, pulled jerk chicken with rice and pea rosti on a plantain crisp and mini goat’s cheese cake with red onion jam on a parmesan shortbread base.
