We celebrated Halloween this year in a good samaritan sort of way, by supporting charity the Terrence Higgins Trust in a rather unique fundraising event, the Supper Club.
The evening saw over 50 dazzling dinner parties held all over the capital at private residences and restaurants, followed by a fabulous after party at the magnificently restored former church, One Mayfair.
All was in aid of the Terrence Higgins Trust, a charity whose mission it is to minimise the spread of HIV and also empower those living with the disease, maximising their health and wellbeing.
We were delighted to get involved in this fantastic event and show our support for this important cause. Our contribution saw us cater for eight specially invited guests who enjoyed a three course taste of the London Kitchen.
Guests began with an indulgent pea and parmesan puff pastry slice with vine cherry tomatoes. A main course of pan fried fillet of sea bass followed, accompanied by artichoke and red onion crushed potatoes, sautéed spinach and vanilla sauce. The feast was rounded off with our decadent apricot brioche bread and butter pudding.
