Bridal Bowl Food

We were asked to create a wedding menu that was a little out of the ordinary for the nuptials of James and Dorothea, so we suggested canapés and bowl food. This more relaxed option enables guests to mingle freely and get to know one another, without the formality of a seated dinner.

On the menu were a selection of canapés followed by a wide range of different bowl food dishes, Teriyaki Salmon with Marinated Bok Choi and Noodles and Crispy Barbary Duck with Shredded Chinese Cabbage, Peppers and Mange Tout, Deep Fried Wonton and Spiced Plum Dressing among them.
