Afternoon Tea and Food Stalls

We received a rather unusual brief for Angie and Johns’ November nupitals – food stalls and afternoon tea. A rural location in the heart of Chichester was the setting, and with bonfires creating an electric atmosphere as guests arrived we knew this was going to be one unforgettable reception.

Afternoon tea was served earlier in the day, whilst food stalls enabled guests to try the full range of London Kitchen treats in the evening. A Morroccan stall served lamb tagine and Ras el Hanout pork, an Oriental stall served Sichuan chicken and Pad Thai, and a Griddle Stall provided Skewered Sirloin of Beef and Marinated Prawns. For dessert Angie and John chose our scrumptious sweet canapés – Shot Glasses of Eton Mess proved a winner!
