A Vegan Adventure
Bill and Elly put the creativity of The London Kitchen to the test with their unusual request – a vegan wedding breakfast. A starter of Fried Italian Tofu Salad with Basil, Ginger and Spring Onion Served with a Sweet and Tangy Lemon Dressing was followed by Slow Cooked Cocobeans and Wine Tomato Stew, with Stuffed Green Cabbage and Saffron Rice. The wedding party then sampled a variety of mini canapé desserts, including Blackcurrant Mousse, Mini Amaretto Custard Tarts and Mini Banoffee Pies.
The London Kitchen also helped Bill and Elly to source their perfect venue – the couple opted for Chelsea’s distinctive London Sketch Club as the backdrop to this truly unique reception.
