Guests were greeted with bespoke cocktails, where they chose from a London themed cocktail list, specially created by The London Kitchen in honour of the special day. A firm favourite was the summery Mill Bank (Tanqueray Gin, Pimm’s, Apple Juice, Lime Juice, Ginger Ale). Starters included a Mull of Kintyre Cheddar and Onion Tart, and an Aged Fillet of Glen Fyne Beef proved a show-stopping main course. The decadent menu finished with a classic dessert, childhood favourite Marmalade Pudding. And we’re delighted to announce that the end result, served with Drambuie Custard, was better than the couple remembered!
